We already knew that Call of Duty: Warzone was heading to Rebirth Island, but the season 1 gameplay trailer is finally here, and now we know exactly what the new battle royale map will look like. The trailer, which premiered during the 2020 Game Awards, also gave players a look at the new maps that will be coming to Black Ops Cold War, and everything else that’s on the way in the series’ new season.

There’s a flurry of action set on Rebirth Island, all set to Black Sabbath’s “War Pigs.” It’s explosive and chaotic.

One thing that’s especially notable about Rebirth Island is that it appears to be significantly smaller than Verdansk, the previous Warzone map. That could mean that there will be fewer people in Warzone this time around, or it could mean the mode is about to get a lot more intense and chaotic. In addition to the new map, Warzone will also be getting Black Ops Cold War’s entire arsenal as soon as the season goes live.
